NFL: Report, Aaron Hernandez Now Claiming To Be Witness To Odin Lloyd Murder, But He Didn’t Pull Trigger

WOW! This is a shocking move by Aaron Hernandez’s legal team who are now claiming Aaron didn’t kill Odin Lloyd, but he watched it happen! Now I am no expert on our legal system but last time I checked that would still make him guilty of the crime as well.

Defense attorney James Sultan began his closing arguments Tuesday morning in the trial, which has lasted more than two months.

He tried to plant doubt in the minds of jurors by saying “the investigation done in this case was incomplete, biased and inept. That was not fair to Odin Lloyd, that was not fair to Aaron Hernandez, and it was not fair to you,” he said. “All that effort and this is all they could come up with. What does that tell you?”

The he dropped the bombshell statement.

“He was a 23-year-old kid who witnessed something, a shocking killing, committed by someone he knew,” Aaron’s lawyer said.

After closing arguments, the judge will give the 15 members of the jury instructions. Three of the jurors will then be randomly selected as alternates. The 12-person jury will then be sent to deliberate.

I don’t know about you guys, but as of right now I believe this verdict could go either way, even though most people believe Hernandez is totally guilty.
