(Video) NCAA: Duke Wins 2015 Mens National Championship, Defeating Wisconsin 68-63

In the era of the “one and done” player, Duke relied upon nothing but Freshman players last night on their way to defeating Wisconsin 68-63 in the national championship game.

Players like Jahlil Okafor, Tyus Jones, Grayson Allen and Justice Winslow, who are all freshman, scored all 37 of Duke’s second half points and 60 of the total 68.

Frank Kaminsky and Wisconsin seemed to be in control halfway through the second half before Grayson Allen and Tyus Jones took the game over. Kaminsky pretty much made Okafor a non factor, but even he came up with two important baskets late in the game.

Jones finished with 23 points and was named Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four. The win gives coach MikeKrzyzewski his fifth championship as coach of Duke.

Congrats again to the Duke Blue Devils, your 2015 National Champions.
