George Foreman Says Mayweather Is Better Than Ali In His Prime
When George Foreman talks, people listen. So when he says that Mayweather is the greatest fighter of all time, maybe we should take heed.
So of course, Floyd has been singing his own praises as of late, even insinuating that he’s the greatest fighter ever. Now, if you’re a true fight fan, you’ll know that there is only one “The Greatest”. That would be Muhammad Ali.
But wait, George, who fought Ali in the super infamous “Rumble In The Jungle” in Africa in 1974, claims that Floyd is the best. He also says that Manny is going to win the fight though. The grill king seems to think that Mayweather is underestimating Pacquiao. Hmmmm…considering how long it took for this fight to happen and as much as we’ve seen Floyd training, I find that hard to believe.
“Mayweather is the superior talent, but the best guy doesn’t always win … Floyd’s gonna have his guard down. Manny’s gonna take the first couple of rounds and there won’t be enough rounds for him to catch up.”
We shall soon see…
