Stephen Brown, a 24 year old British man, was arrested recently for calling emergency services claiming to be Nicki Minaj.
He claimed other things too around the Christmas holidays, like there was a ghost in his home and that he was being attacked…but his frequent calls to 999 (our version of 911) garnered him an arrest for violating the
“Anti-Social Behavior Order which banned him from repeatedly calling the emergency phone system”.He was initially sentenced to 8 months in jail, but the judge saw fit to cut it in half to 4 months.
