17 year old Gage Garmo has been battling a rare type of bone illness called Osteosarcoma, his favorite emcee is Eminem.
Em new of this and surprised Gage when he arranged to visit his home on Sunday.
Gage and Em spent an hour talking and hanging out. His spirits were raised his family said.
The next day Gage passed away from complications due to his illness.
Gage’s friends and family help a candle light vigil at Rochester High School, Gage was the football teams manager.
